Ride Holidays Charity (Kids Riding Bikes) Dinner

Dean Mills, Chris Wood and Karl Woolcott are celebrating 15 years of organising cycle tours around the world. You've been with us every pedal stroke along the way.
More importantly - we are very proud of how the RH family has contributed to kids riding bikes. Over 30 schools now have bikes because of you. Let's continue to grow that.

This evening is specifically targeting kids in South Auckland.
We have a fantastic panel of speakers. Also on display will be the very best of Steve Thompson's (Forza Bikes) vintage bikes. We're bringing his museum to the viaduct for the night.

Our goal for this evening… Creating a South Auckland Mobile Bike Hub.
This bike hub would visit 2-3 different primary schools every week. Focussing on kids who have never ridden bikes before. Our target for this evening is to raise $15,000.00. This would enable us to buy 30 brand new bikes, helmets and also fit out a bike trailer for transport.
Ride Holidays will work in partnership with Māngere Bike Hub, run by the one and only Triple Teez. Mr T will store the bikes, maintain them and also train up guides to make sure the kids learn how to ride bikes safely.
They will visit schools like Sutton Park on a regular basis and bring cycling into their daily lives. These kids should have the chance to ride a bicycle. Let's make that happen.
We are working with Triple Teez on this project because he has the school relationships. Between us – we can make a difference.
